New focuser

the new Moonlite high precision motorized focuser has been installed on one of the 2" focuser plates. I intend to take it to Powell next Saturday February 20 for another series of test images to check the focus. In order to use it with your DSLR camera you will need a "T" adapter to match your brand of camera. We have an adapter for a Canon and you can use your adapter and the piece from the Canon adapter that fits into the focuser. Let me know if you want to come down and give your camera a try.
